Grace Community Church, of Dallas, PA, a non-denominational church, is in need of a spirit filled man to lead as pastor. The pastor must be able to teach and equip the saints for ministry as presented in Ephesians 4:11-13. The pastor will be an elder ministering with five current elders.
Pastoral duties include:
- Leading worship services and special functions, (i.e., communion, baptisms, dedications, etc.)
- Sermon preparation, preaching, and teaching
- Officiate weddings, funerals, and special church events
- Provide counseling, conflict resolution, and premarital counseling
- Provide a vision for the strategic mission of the church with the cooperation of the other Elders
- Provide leadership or oversight on various committees of the church
- Attend monthly elders meetings, and assist with budget preparation
