- Youth Ministry Responsibilities
- Provide a vision for the Youth Ministry
- Teach Youth Sunday School
- Lead Youth Friday small groups and other youth activities
- Recruit, train, and shepherd youth ministry adult co-workers
- Disciple and mentoring the youth
- Provide pastoral caring to the youth and their parents
- Preach at the English/Youth Sunday Worship services
- General Responsibilities
- Attend weekly pastoral staff meetings and monthly deacon board meetings.
- Occasionally preach for the Mandarin Sunday services (translator provided)
- Support and collaborate with other pastor, coworkers, and ministries.
- Report to the Deacon Board
