1. Shepherd the congregation according to 1 Pet. 5:1-4.
2. Provide church vision and growth strategy according to God’s will.
3. Preach, teach, and make disciples according to biblical truth.
4. Provide care and consultation to the congregation.
5. Coordinate with Youth Pastor.
