FBC, Tampa is a multi-generational, multi-ethnic church whose mission is to connect people to a thriving life in Christ. The Next Generation Ministry (Middle School, High School, College) is healthy, growing, and a vital part of the mission of FBC Tampa. We are seeking a proven leader and faithful discipler of students and young adults to join our ministry team as our Next Generation Pastor.
Qualifications:
Clear call to serve the kingdom of God through the local church.
Master’s Degree or Christian Educator’s Degree or commensurate combination of education and experience.
Commitment and passion for working effectively with students and young adults.
Ability to effectively communicate with youth and their families.
Effective communicator of Biblical truth through expository preaching, teaching.
Proven ability to plan and execute programs and events that challenge, educate, and serve.
Proven ability to lead ministry teams and volunteers.
