FBC, Tampa is a multi-generational, multi-ethnic church whose mission is to connect people to a thriving life in Christ. The Children’s Ministry (Preschool – 5th Grade) is healthy, growing, and a vital part of the mission of FBC Tampa. We are seeking a proven leader and faithful discipler of children and their parents to join our ministry team as our Children’s Minister.
Qualifications:
Clear call to serve the kingdom of God through the local church.
Master’s Degree or Christian Educator’s Degree or commensurate combination of education and experience.
Commitment and passion for working effectively with children and their families.
Ability to effectively communicate with children and their parents.
Effective communicator of Biblical truth.
Proven ability to plan and execute programs and events that challenge, educate, and serve while helping to accomplish the church’s mission.
Proven ability to lead ministry teams and volunteers.
