FBC was founded in the fall of 1971. Hartland is a growing city of 15,000 situated 57 miles northwest of Detroit. Congregation is a mix of age groups, leaning toward elderly. The church is debt free and has solid financial backing. Building equipped for audio visual, seats 100. In the 52 years of the church’s existence, we have been blessed to have had three senior pastors. We support 23 missionaries/mission efforts in prayer, with 18 of those also receiving regular financial support that amounts to over 29% of the church budget. We are looking for a pastor ready to face challenges in the strength and grace of the Lord, ready to serve with our deacon board to lead our people to a closer walk with the Lord, and to reach out to the church family and community with the love of the Lord.
