Engedi Church is a young, passionate, diverse and missional community of people who are committed to loving and serving God, our neighbors and the world. We preach the gospel, and we do our best to live it out. Since our inception in 2005, Engedi’s mission has been to advance the Kingdom revolution of Jesus worldwide. We have identified five core values we believe mark the advance of Jesus’ Kingdom in our midst. About Grand Rapids:
Our Grand Rapids campus relaunched on Easter Sunday, 2022. We’re located off Bridge St in the West Grand Rapids area which has a combined population of over 1.6 million people. The Grand Rapids metro area was ranked by Forbes magazine as the #1 metro area in the country to raise a family. The region is known for its unique culture, friendly charm, business opportunities, easy access to beautiful Lake Michigan, an abundance of year-round outdoor activities and growing diversity. We are leaning heavily into building community and empowering those that call Engedi Grand Rapids their home to be on mission in the city and in the world through our church’s global focus. We believe that we are on the verge of experiencing exponential growth as a campus and are currently searching for a bigger, more permanent space to provide for this expectation.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about facilitating dynamic and engaging Sunday gatherings by equipping talented staff and volunteer leaders in essential roles to accomplish the mission of Engedi. This person will harness the unique qualities of our GR Campus to connect with emerging generations and people of diverse backgrounds with the gospel of Jesus. Our next GR campus pastor will have infectious enthusiasm to advance the kingdom of Jesus through excellent weekend gatherings, meaningful serving opportunities and life-giving small groups. The leader we are looking for will be highly motivated and driven to connect people to the body of Christ no matter where they are at on their spiritual journey and able to help us to dream up new and innovative ways to expand our reach.
