CrossWinds Church, located in Spirit Lake, Iowa, seeks to fill the Pastor of Family and Worship Ministries role with someone administratively gifted that displays a pastor’s heart and the gift of teaching and pastoring students. He must possess the skills to plan, organize, create, and improve. He must also effectively lead and shepherd. This individual must be a self-starter. While exercising strong leadership gifts, he must understand that organizational and administrative tasks are not an end in themselves but rather one of the ways God develops the spiritual health and well-being of His church.
