SUMMARY
Community Bible Church (CBC) is in search of a lead/teaching pastor who has a passion for shepherding, teaching, evangelism,
missions, and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.
CBC is a non-denominational Bible church consisting of 35-40 families. The church’s meeting place is located on 6.5 acres in
Cumming, Georgia. We are 50 miles north of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, 4 miles from Lake Lanier, and 46 miles from
Springer Mountain, the southern entrance to the Appalachian Trail.

QUALIFICATIONS
Be a genuine believer in Jesus Christ
Meet the biblical qualifications of an elder (see 1 Timothy 3:1-7)
Has a Master of Theology or Master of Divinity from an approved seminary
Full or part time ministry experience preferred
Has a heart for evangelism and missions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching and discipling
Shepherding and equipping
Exemplifying and encouraging evangelism and making disciples
Promoting missions locally and globally
Overseeing all ministries at CBC
COMPENSATION
Salary range $65,000+/year commensurate with experience and qualifications
Plus a benefits package consisting of the following:

o Car allowance
Temporary onsite housing is available
