The primary responsibilities are oversight of the Youth, Missions, and Outreach Teams.
Youth Ministry Team
- Leads team or coaches team leader
- Oversees discipleship plan
- Recruits and develops team members and potential leaders
Missions and Outreach Teams
- Leads teams or coaches team leaders
- Plans or coordinates planning for annual missions conference
- Oversees leadership and preparations for teams going on missions trips
- Leads effort to equip and involve the congregation in ministry opportunities in the community of Cheyenne
Additional Expectations
- Participates in visitation ministry
- Preaches or teaches as assigned
- Regularly participates in and/or leads a small group
- Obtains or maintains licensure and ordination through the EFCA
- Meets to pray with pastoral team on a regular basis
