Broken Bow-EFree Church is seeking a humble yet confident Christian leader to lead their ministry in Nebraska.
The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, dedication, and approachability. Additionally, they will value prayer and biblical authority and have a passion for team building. The ideal leader will love God and people, inspire others to do the same, and develop healthy networks of leaders, boards, and teams.
Moreover, they will be an effective communicator of the Scripture, both exegetical and practical, and they will establish pathways for growth for both the churched and un-churched. The candidate will maintain a good standing within the community and appreciate the Nebraska culture of a small town.
They will align with the statement of faith of the EFCA (Evangelical Free Church of America) and possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred. They should also have at least five years of progressively increasing ministry experience and demonstrate excellence in interpersonal and relational intelligence.
