Initiates the processes related to graduation and serves to inform Trinity of your plans for completion of all degree program requirements. [NOTE: Per TEDS policy, filing of the Intent to Graduate form in the Records Office must be made one semester prior to the intended May, August, or December graduation date.]
Cross registration of full-time Master's students in a college course. [Students must meet the qualification for Cross Registration and have the required approvals before they will be registered.]
Documents approval for Masters student to register for more than 18 hours per the Academic Load policy listed in the current TEDS Master's Academic Handbook. Submit this form directly to Records Office.
Approval to change Formation Group Leader. [In order to process this request the form must be signed by both the current and requested faculty advisor.]
Documents approval for a course substitute for program CORE requirements. [Approval must be obtained from the faculty advisor or subject department chair.]
Gives/Verifies student contact information, used by students who have not taken classes at Trinity before. [NOTE: This is especially necessary for Audit Only and Trinity Spouse registration.]
Requests a letter of verification regarding student academic information. [Records is able to verify the following type of information for students: Graduation; Full-time/Part-time Status; Program Enrollment; Grades for Tuition Reimbursement; etc.]
