Advanced Placement (AP) Program Policy

Advanced Placement: Students who earn acceptable scores in the Advanced Placement Program of the College Entrance Examination Board will receive credit at Trinity providing they receive a grade of 3 or better and that all appropriate materials and scores are submitted to Trinity Records Office for credit evaluation.   In order to receive credit, you must:

  • Take the specific, precise test prescribed. (Many AP tests have similar names).
  • Receive the score specified. A score below the required level will not transfer.
  • Request that the AP organization send an official score report to the Trinity International University Records Office.
