The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, requires that you, as a Trinity International University student, be advised of your rights concerning your education records and of certain categories of public information which the University has designated "directory information." This notice is provided at the above link, "FERPA for TIU Students," and satisfies the requirement.  It is Trinity International University (TIU) policy to comply fully and fairly with the Act.
