Mike Picha

Mike Picha is the Senior Vice President of Business and Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Trinity International University. He has been at Trinity since 1989. While at Trinity, Mr. Picha has also served as Vice President of Finance, Controller, Director of Accounting, Manager of Accounting, Student Accounting Supervisor, and General Ledger Accountant.

Mr. Picha received his BA degree from Augustana College, an Accounting Certificate from Northwestern University, and an MBA degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Picha has served in a variety of ministry roles, working in music and worship, youth and children’s ministries, Bible study leader, deacon, and elder. He is an active member of Crossroads Church in Grayslake, Illinois.

Mr. Picha and his wife, Kim, reside in Lindenhurst, Illinois. They have two children. Picha enjoys golf, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
