Admissions - TEDS/TGS
Admissions Positions: The Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Trinity Graduate School admissions department is seeking to fill two full-time vacancies. Desired qualifications include a Master's degree (preferrably from TIU), a personality that thrives on paying attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to travel frequently and an enthusiastic commitment to the mission of TEDS/TGS. Previous work experience in college level admissions and recruitment is very desired as well.
Athletics Department
Athletic Department Office Coordinator (Part-Time): The Athletic Department Office Coordinator handles much of the behind- the-scenes office work that keeps the department functioning. Duties include answering the phone, filing, accepting payments, deposits and performing all other general office duties. The person who is ideal for this position is one who is highly motivated and will work well under minimal supervision. Experience with office suite software like Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Career Services
Director of Career Services (Part-Time): Assists students with all areas of career planning and placement. Conducts placement and skills testing, develops relationships with area employers and recruiters. Maintains a database of open positions within the community and teaches skills applicable to the job market (resume building, etiquette, interviewing). Financial Aid
Financial Aid Counselor: Provides support to the Director of Financial Aid in the administration of financial aid to the university as a whole with a particular emphasis on processing financial aid for REACH, MAT and Extension students. The ideal candidate would have a Bacherlor's degree, be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, and have the ability to professionally handle confidential financial information. REACH
Director of Adult Student Services: This is a position where you can have a tremendous impact in the lives of adult students. The Director of Adult Student Services provides leadership and vision to the REACH Adult Undergraduate Program. In addition to providing direction, the candidate must also possess a master's degree in a discipline that would allow them to teach within the REACH program. Student Services
Assistant Residence Hall Directors (Part-Time): We are looking for two single men and one single woman to fill positions as Assistant Residence Hall Directors (ARD) at three of our college residence halls for the 2009-2010 school year. The ARD will work approximately 20 hours per week and is responsible for the supervision and administration of the hall. The ARD will also help develop a community of students that is Christ-centered through academic, spiritual and social activities. The ARD will also lead and support Resident Assistants. An apartment, utilities and phone service will be provided for the ARD. The ARD will also receive a small stipend during the school year. Due to the apartment size and living arrangements, only single applicants may be considered. Because this is a part-time position no full-time employee benefits are offered. REACH Adjunct Faculty
We are seeking qualified Adjunct Faculty instructors for our REACH Adult Undergraduate programs. Our REACH instructors are people from across disciplines with real-world experience in their respective fields. A Master's degree is required and a PhD would be preferred for all Adjunct Faculty. Experience teaching adults is also required. REACH Adult Undergraduate program courses are taught in the evenings and sometimes on Saturdays with each accelerated course meeting one day per week for five, six or seven weeks in a row.
