The TIU South Florida faculty blend a combination of four essentials:

1. All have strong academic credentials that ensure the quality of the material students receive. They are up to date in their understanding of the literature in their discipline.

2. All have strong professional experience in their field and many are current practitioners. They can bring the relevance of the "real world" to their teaching.

3. All have been trained and are skilled in facilitating learning with adults. They understand that adults come with strong experience and prior knowledge. They know how to take advantage of that knowledge in a collaborative learning environment.

4. All have a deep commitment to Christ and are able to bring their Christian viewpoint to bear on the issues in their discipline. Professors will discuss multiple viewpoints and encourage differing perspectives, but a Christian worldview will always be represented.
