Online Courses

General Information

We offer a variety of courses in an online format. Many students use online courses as a way to supplement their face-to-face classes. Here are some examples of courses that you can take in the fall:

  • Introduction to Psychology
  • Conflict Management
  • Psychology of Learning
  • Understanding the Old Testament
  • Understanding the New Testament
  • Biblical Interpretation
  • Life of Christ

Please contact your admissions counselor or advisor for more information.

Tuition for online classes is the same as other REACH courses.

Expectations

Course prerequisites remain the same for all online courses, and there are specific expectations for taking courses in an online format:

  • Time: 7-10 hours of work per week (for the bi-weekly courses)
  • Regular computer access: at work, at home, or at the library
  • Computer specifications: 900 MHz processor or higher, 128 MB of RAM (256 MB or more recommended); Windows 2000, NT, or Vista; high speed internet connection; speakers and sound card

If you cannot meet one or more of these requirements, we encourage you to reconsider your enrollment in an online course. Please do not proceed with a course until you have talked to an advisor.
