How do I locate items in the library?

First, check the library location in TrinCat. Then consult the library map to find that location.

For books, you will also need the call number. Trinity uses the Library of Congress classification system.

Print periodicals are shelved by the title of the journal. The most current few months are at the front of the library, while older issues are bound in the Periodicals area.

Ask for assistance at the reference desk if you have trouble locating what you need.
