Requesting Items from Other Libraries

To Request Books:

Note: These instructions are for requesting books, CDs, microfiche and microfilm materials.  These items are usually available free of charge.

1) Please check that the item is not available in the Rolfing Library before making a request.

2) If the item is not available at the Rolfing Library, request it from an I-Share Library.  How to request through I-Share.  More info

If you have trouble requesting through traditional I-Share, try VuFind, the new-generation version of I-Share

3) Only if the item is not available from an I-Share library use WorldCat to request the item. How to request through WorldCat.  More info

4) If you can't find the item, ask a Reference Librarian.

To Request Articles:

• If you can't find your article in a database, use the Article request form 

• There is a $1.00 charge per article that will appear on your library patron account. 

• Articles are delivered online to your Trinity email.
