Ref Works http://www.refworks.com/  is the web-based utility that you can use to keep all your bibliographic references in a database.  You can use this for other classes and you can organize your folders anyway you want.  The advantage is that you can import bib data from the periodical databases and WorldCat and save yourself lots of time and effort.  You need to set up an account in refworks - so do that first.
