PJI Assists Pastors Through Timely Legal Seminars The Pacific Justice Institute will be going directly to communities throughout California to provide legal seminars, without charge, to pastors and other church leaders. Attorneys from PJI will present workshops dealing with legal challenges that faith-based organizations face. In addition, presentations will also include legal opportunities for churches to fulfill their mission and goals. Brad Dacus, President of the Pacific Justice Institute stated, "We are a legal servant ministry committed to meeting the needs of pastors, completely without charge. Without question, both the challenges and opportunities are great for churches today." The topics include Overcoming obstacles to securing permits for developing church facilities Moral issues with respect to staff, volunteers and attendees Church evangelizing in the workplace New laws impacting churches Opportunities for youth ministries in the public schools Legal financial expansion possibilities
