Trinity International University is seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty member to join Trinity International University’s business department. Business is one of the largest majors in the undergraduate program and focuses on developing competent business practitioners of high integrity. As with all of the majors in the undergraduate programs, class sizes allow professors to actively engage students as individuals.

Primary teaching responsibilities will be in the areas of Management, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship, including Social Entrepreneurship.  Instruction may also be in other business areas as needed.  Additional responsibilities include committee assignments, on-campus community involvement, student advising, spiritual mentoring, community service, academic research and other duties traditionally associated with full-time faculty positions.

The ideal candidate for the position would hold an earned doctorate in Management, Human Resource Management or Entrepreneurship and also have relevant marketplace experience.  Candidates who have strong work experience and hold an MBA from a top tier AACSB accredited institution will also be considered.  Applicants should demonstrate a strong Christian commitment and hold to TIU’s mission and liberal arts tradition.  Interested parties should send curriculum vitae and letter of interest to Dr. Jeanette Hsieh.  TIU is committed to excellence through diversity in its faculty, staff and students. We strongly encourage all qualified individuals to apply. Review of applications will commence immediately and continue until position is filled.
