TIU Apartments
On-campus apartments are reserved for full-time students studying in a residential degree program at Trinity International University. There are a limited number of apartments available: 18 efficiency, 47 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom.
Length of Stay
The maximum stay for students living in on-campus apartments is based on the expected graduation time from the time students begin their initial academic program. Enrollment in a second or third academic program will not increase a
resident’s length of stay.
- Certificate students are given one year.
- MA, MACS, and ThM students are given two years.
- MACP students are given three years.
- BA, MDiv, and PhD students are given four years.
