Why I’m Grateful

My name is Melissa. I am a student studying Mathematics with Secondary Education Licensure at Trinity College. In high school, God called me to be a math teacher. During my senior year, I began looking for colleges to attend, and then I learned that two of my high school math teachers graduated from TIU. I visited Trinity and decided to enroll, if I could afford it. With the help of the Trinity Fund, God provided a way for me to attend, and what a blessing that has been! Combining my faith and education gives more purpose and value to this unique education. My relationship with Christ is more intimate since attending Trinity, which has an immeasurable eternal value. Your contribution to the Trinity Fund allows students like me to participate in this Christ-centered community and grow in all areas of life. Thank you!

My name is Andrew. I am currently finishing my MDiv and will begin my MA in Counseling Ministries this fall. My wife and I are preparing to be missionaries in Japan. Through the character of our quality faculty, the diversity of a wonderful student body, and the rigorous demands of our classes, I have developed and matured as a servant of Jesus Christ, ready to serve him better on the mission field. I am so grateful to be a part of the Trinity community. You have helped make this possible. You are investing in our lives here at TEDS and I am very thankful for your gracious support. Your contribution to the Trinity Fund is an investment in the kingdom of God. Thank you!

My name is Justin. I am working on my MDiv and MA in Near Eastern Archaeology at TEDS. During college, I developed a dream to pursue graduate studies. I’ve had an increasing fascination with the Old Testament and theology and have felt a strong lead to pursue teaching in these fields at the university level. The strength of evangelical scholarship at TEDS and the character of its faculty are providing a deeply formative educational experience. I am grateful to be a recipient of this opportunity. You are investing in our lives here at TEDS, and I am so very thankful for your gracious support. Your contribution to the Trinity Fund is making possible a tremendous opportunity. Thank you!

My name is Bethany. I am a student here at Trinity College, and am studying Communication. After attending a college fair during high school, I sought God about attending TIU. When I learned how much financial aid I would receive, I knew it was God’s will for me to attend. I know I wouldn’t be here without your contribution to the Trinity Fund. Attending a Christ-centered university has enabled me to make the connection between my faith and education and helped me gain knowledge of both practical and eternal value. I especially value the faculty and staff who invest in my life on a personal level. When I took Design Software, my professor, Wayne Kijanowski, prayed for me daily. Thank you so much for your contribution to the Trinity Fund.
