International Students Coordinator

Evona VanGemeren grew up in southern Virginia and is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute.  She has spent over 35 years working with Internationals and International spouses at various universities and seminaries as well as on-site opportunities in Singapore, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Kenya.  Evona founded the Fellowship of International Women (ISHA) group here at Trinity and has also helped establish similar groups at Reformed Theological Seminary (Jackson), Covenant Theological Seminary, Singapore Bible College, and the University of Georgia.  She currently serves as a board member for Women to the World, which seeks to help hurting and oppressed women around the world.  When not ministering cross-culturally, Evona enjoys handcrafts, reading, photography, and spending time with her grandchildren.
