We look forward to welcoming you to Trinity as you establish a new “home” after leaving friends and family in your country. The ISO will attempt to connect you with other students—former or present—from your area of the world. Along with your I-20 documents we will also send you information to help prepare you for the changes you will face regarding culture shock and living in the United States.
If you need an airport pickup, we will make arrangements for a friendly face to be there to welcome you. We also arrange transitional services as you move into a dormitory room or an apartment.
The ISO has a Furniture Room where you may pick up donated household items such as furniture, linens, dishes, pots and pans, etc. as you set up your home during your Trinity years.
The Clothes Horse is another resource for Trinity students which offers free clothing and other household items for you and your immediate family.
