TIU Apartments
On-campus apartments are reserved for full-time students studying in a residential degree program at Trinity International University. There are a limited number of apartments available: 18 efficiency, 47 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom.
Length of Stay
The maximum stay for students living in on-campus apartments is based on the expected time it takes to finish their academic program. Maximum occupancy is calculated when the student begins the program, regardless of whether they live on campus at that time. Enrollment in a second or third academic program will not increase a resident's length of stay.
- Certificate = 1 year maximum occupancy
- MA (unless otherwise noted) and ThM = 2 years maximum occupancy
- MAMH = 3 years maximum occupancy
- BA, MDiv, and PhD = 4 years maximum occupancy
