The Master of Divnity is offered in two formats: the traditional MDiv and the new Advanced Placement MDiv (AP MDiv) for students with an undergraduate ministry degree from an accredited Christian college or university.
If you do not qualify for the AP MDiv but do have undergraduate coursework that would be repeated in the MDiv, see the following page about advanced standing and advanced substituion. Please note that these are only for the traditional MDiv, not for the AP MDiv.
The Master of Divinity curriculum is centered on four primary areas: Scripture and Interpretation, Theology and Tradition, Worldview and Culture, and Ministries and Practices. The curriculum includes academic learning, practical ministry, and personal spiritual formation.
