Rolfing Memorial Library

Resources are an important element in any History department. The Rolfing Memorial Library located on the campus of Trinity Evangelical School is continually adding to its collection the materials necessary for quality research. Outside of a solid journal selection in the field of Church History and the History of Christian Thought, the Rolfing Memorial Library also contains several key Microform, Microfiche, and Microfilm collections which contain original documents from key periods of history. A few of these collections are listed below:

  • ATLA - Collection of Christian books written in the nineteenth century on Microfiche 
  • Early English Books 1475-1640 - Microfilm 
  • Early English Books 1641-1700 - Microfilm 
  • The Eighteenth Century - Microfilm collection of 18th-century books 
  • HRAF - Human Relations Area Files - Microfiche 
  • Library of American Civilization - Ultrafiche 
  • Library of English Literature - Ultrafiche

Chicago Libraries

Trinity Evangelical Divinity School is located in Deerfield, Illinois, about 45 minutes north of Chicago and about an hour south of Milwaukee.  Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin is home to world-class archives and libraries and Trinity’s central location makes accessing these resources convenient. Students of Trinity can access all of these libraries in person and borrow books across Illinois through I-Share.
