Dr. Richard Gathro (BA '69)

Richard Gathro is currently the Assistant to the President and Dean of Nyack College's Washington, D.C. Campus. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President for the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), an international association of 180 campuses in twenty-five countries. He presently serves in an advisory role with the CCCU as permanent Senior Fellow. Rich is also President of the Fund for Integrated Education and a Senior Fellow at the National Center for Leadership. He is active in politics, nonprofit leadership, and the performing arts. A 1969 graduate of Trinity College, Rich served as chief admissions officer for the college in the early 1970s. He and his wife, Kathrine, and their two children hail from Washington, D.C., and are Nationals baseball fans!
