Service Learning Opportunities

(for organizations seeking students to serve)

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM:
For the experience to qualify, the following guidelines must be met:

The service experience must (1) be a minimum of twelve hours over a period of at least a semester, (2) demonstrate weekly faithfulness, (3) be a supervised ministry, and (4) involve serving others. (Service Learning experiences must be at least a semester in length and must include at least one hour a week.)
