E. Morris Faugerstrom, PhD

E. Morris Faugerstrom is professor emeritus of music at Trinity College. In addition to his position at Trinity he has been an organist at a number of churches, as well as choir director and minister of music.

Dr. Faugerstrom earned the Doctor of Philosophy in musicology at Northwestern University, the Master of Music from Northwestern University, and the Bachelor of Music at Wheaton College.

Dr. Faugerstrom's areas of expertise include music history, church music, and organ. He is a member of the Hymn Society of America and was an officer of the National Church Music Fellowship for 20 years.
