"When I did my internship at LaSalle Bank's Chicago headquarters, it opened my eyes to the realm of finance. I enjoyed it so much that I changed my career path from accounting to finance. Now, I'm completing a second internship at a financial planning firm, and I've already accepted a job offer from LaSalle Bank."

A business major from Argentina, Matt Taube was captain of the men's soccer team, leader of a ministry to Hispanic children in Chicago, and a member of the Trinity Council on Business. One day after class, Matt's professor pulled him aside to tell him he saw potential in him. Because the professor had a twenty-year career as an executive at a Fortune 500 company, Matt says, "It definitely gave me confidence."

“Trinity’s faculty take the time to work through my questions with me. They invest in me - and I've appreciated that.”
