"You can talk about World War II and the divide of Berlin, but when you stand with one foot in East Berlin and one in West Berlin—it really hits home what this could have been like. And when you stand in the footprints of these old Egyptian kings and rulers and conquerors—it opens your eyes to the reality of history. Your education comes alive."

A psychology major from Wisconsin, Dawn Vanden Heuval took advantage of two Trinity-led study abroad options. As a freshman, she took "Egypt and the Bible," with expert archaeologist and Trinity professor Dr. James Hoffmeier, which included an eleven-day tour of Egypt. As a sophomore, she took "Trinity in Europe," which included four weeks of study in Western Europe with two Trinity professors.
