TIU Christian Ministries Department Welcome to the homepage of the Christian Ministries Department, an academic program of Trinity International University's Trinity College, in Deerfield, Illinois. We are excited that you are exploring ministry opportunities. Our Christian Ministries degree is focused on preparing students both theoretically and theologically in the areas of personal maturity, relational competence and ministry skill. We offer degree emphases in Youth Ministries, Intercultural Ministries and Pastoral Ministries, Camping, Children's and Family Ministries or Counseling/Social Services. The possiblities for ministry are wide open so we hope you will check us out! If vocational ministry isn't what you're looking for, we also offer two minors that help prepare you with skills for ministry in a local church or parachurch, here or overseas, as you pursue other career options: Christian Ministries Minor and the new Intercultural Studies Minor.
