Francis Chan, well-known pastor and author zealous for proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ, will be speaking at The Orchard Evangelical Free Church in Arlington Heights on Wednesday, October 10. Doors open at 6:30pm. There is no charge to attend.

An informal, participatory evening of poetry held at Newport Coffee House featuring the work of Brett Foster (Wheaton College), Tania Runyan (poet, NEA fellow), Daniel Bowman (Taylor University), and Brad Fruhauff (TIU). Bring your own or your favorite poems to read at the open mic in between our featured authors. Pastries provided by Relief: A Christian Literary Expression.
