The Athletic Department hosted its 4th Annual Timothy Award Banquet at the Rodine Global Ministry Building on the campus of Trinity International University on Sunday, May 1st, recognizing Rachel Gunderson (Volleyball) and Nate Slavens (Football) as the award's recipients.

The evening began with appetizers and an introduction by emcee Calvin Renfroe (Football and Baseball) followed by dinner, after which attendees enjoyed the musical and comedic talents of Anita Renfroe.

Scott Sanderson, former major league pitcher, challenged TIU athletes to compete and win with discipline as their calling before God, and Kyle Flanigan (Baseball) performed special music to conclude the evening's program.
