MEN'S Soccer
Overall Record 5-2-2, 2-0(CCAC)
The Men's Soccer team traveled to Indiana to take on the #10 team in the nation, the Pilot's of Bethel College. The Trojans faced their toughest task of the season as of this point and came through with a very impressive 2-0 road victory.
The Trojans collected their first score on a goal from Senior Mark Willcox. Then with about four minutes left in the game, Senior Kyle Bacon assisted his brother, Sophomore Travis Bacon on a goal that put the game out of reach for good. Junior Lucas Zicher made five key saves, and held the shutout for the Trojans.
The Trojans followed up their impressive road win, with a nice home victory against Calumet College-St. Joseph on Saturday, 7-1. Kyle Bacon led the Trojans with one goal and three assists, while brother Travis gathered two goals of his own. Also on the day, Senior Tim Jeanson, Senior Mark Robinson, Freshman Victor Alfaro, and Junior Andy Plascencia, all added a goal each.
This week the Trojans will host Trinity Christian on Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
WOMEN'S Soccer
Overall Record 7-2, 1-1(CCAC)
The women's soccer team traveled to Chicago to face the #11 team in the nation (NAIA) St. Xavier. For the majority of the first half, the Trojans dominated the game on both sides of the ball. However, St. Xavier scored a goal late in the first half and never looked back from there.
St. Xavier scored two more times in the second half and put the game out of reach for good, 3-0.
After a tough game against St. Xavier the Trojans played a home game against Calumet College-St. Joseph and won it with ease, 12-0. The Trojans had a host of players score goals in this contest.
Loryssa Simas, Ruth Kratzer, Jesse Edson, and Kari Streich all scored two goals for the Trojans, while Kate Nelson, Nicole Collins, and Katelyn Keckeisen all added one goal each.
The Trojans will face several tough opponents this week as they host Trinity Christian College Tuesday at 4:00 PM and also when they host Olivet Nazarene University Saturday at 11:30 AM.

The Women's Soccer team will host two very important games this week. Tuesday against Trinity Christian College at 4:00 PM and Saturday against Olivet Nazarene University 11:30 AM
The Men's Soccer team will host Trinity Christian College on Wed. at 4:00 PM.
