The Trojans traveled to Canton, Ohio this weekend and took on Malone University. It was a tough Saturday for the team, as Trinity fell to Malone, 25-7.

Quarterback Ryan Thorson completed 12 out of 20 passes for 147 yards and 1 touchdown. Leading the way for the Trojans on the receiving end was Senior David Grant, who caught 4 passes for 70 yards and one touchdown. Also Deon Dukes caught 4 passes for 67 yards.

Defensively the Trojans did a decent job with 5 sacks on the day.

Though the day was rough, the Trojans Offensive Line stepped up and according to Head Coach Derek Dewitt did a great job, giving enough protection and sufficient time for passing.

The Trojans will try to rebound this weekend when they travel to take on Valparaiso University in Indiana.
