Graduation rates track the percentage of students who began their studies as first-time, full-time degree seeking students and earn a degree within 150% of the expected completion time for completing the program in which they are enrolled. Career Placement and Employment Data

Trinity College – 47% placement rate for 2019 graduates

In 2019, 126 undergraduate students graduated and we have direct and indirect knowledge for 50.8% (64) of them prior to graduation.  Of the 64 total responses:

  • 75% (48 graduates) intend to seek employment, including 41% (26 graduates) who received job offers prior to graduation
  • 17% (11 graduates) intend to further their education, including 6.25% (4 graduates) accepted into a graduate school prior to graduation
  • 8% (5 graduates) provided an alternative “other” response

Trinity Graduate School

  • Master of Arts in Bioethics – download a qualitative report.  TIU is in the process of gathering quantitative data for this degree.
  • Master of Arts in Teaching – (2011 through 2013)
    • Teaching Full-time:  70%, n=35
    • Teaching Part-time or in an Education Related Field (including graduate school):  20%, n=10
  • Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling / School Guidance Counseling:  70%

Trinity Law School – 88% placement rate for 2016 & 2017 graduates

In 2016 and 2017, 83 students graduated and we have direct and indirect knowledge for 61.4% (51) of them. Of the 51 total responses:

  • Employed in a career field or pursuing graduate school: 88.2%, n=45

Of those we have direct knowledge of, our graduates are working in the following areas:

  • Employed- Bar Passage Required 38% 17 of 45
  • Employed- JD Advantage 38% 17 of 45
  • Employed- Professional Position where JD has no impact 11% 5 of 45
  • Employed Non-Professional Position 13% 6 of 45

Preliminary Longitudinal Feedback from Undergraduate Alumni (1 year, 5 years, 10 years)

  • 70% of respondents (this includes 1, 5, and 10 yr) said that their current profession relies on knowledge gained or experiences had at Trinity
  • 64% of respondents answered “close or very close” to the question: How close would you say your current profession aligns with your primary major at Trinity
  • 72% of respondents answered satisfied or very satisfied when asked how satisfied are you with how your education at Trinity prepared your for your current profession
